From Heather who is such a delight with her focus on getting you answers to your needs and communicates them to her team of techs that left me assured of being heard. Then there is Landon who came out in the January storm of 2020 to do an inspection of furnace, hot water tank and fireplace on a possible home purchase in Chilliwack BC and serviced the fireplace for safety and left operating instructions to boot. This was no quick inspection but a full on full inspection and then complimentary service! His Exemplary Service and Patience showed up again on a second home now in February which I was in the midst of purchasing so Landon did the inspection and full on full service of furnace that was in need of a common part (Thermopylae Replacement) which he did then did a full on full service of the fireplace, finishing up with vacuuming out the fireplace plus surrounding area with care. With the Hot Water Tank Inspection that passed came the “Bill’ that left both my realtor and myself surprised at the reasonable, more than reasonable fair pricing that lead me signing up to 21 Degrees Hugh’s Heat & Air Loyalty Program on the spot and was surprised again by receiving the Loyalty Program Discount on the spot which just floored my realtor and I.
